An excellent way to prepare up-and-comers for entertaining valuable clients! Training can be one-on-one or a in a group, and we will cover the “correct” way to taste wine, how to order from a wine list, when and how to send wine back. All wines will be presented in a blind format (all labels covered) to maximize the sensory elements of tasting wine.
