Southern Hemisphere—Wines from regions as far-flung as South Africa, Argentina, Chile, New Zealand and Australia are recommended in this tasting. Each of the wine-producing countries in the Southern Hemisphere offer a unique combination of climate, natural expression, wine-making techniques and grape varieties, resulting in many singular, outstanding wines.

Classic—Old World Wines are featured in this tasting. These may include wines from France to Switzerland, Italy to Hungary, Spain to Greece. Europe is the essence of tradition, history and culture, a fact which is reflected in its stunning array of wines. Wines from the Old World truly are famous for a reason.

Blind Tasting—This amazingly fun format levels the playing field for beginners and wine aficionados alike because we cover the bottles so no one can see the label. You can take a stab at guessing the prices of wine, the wine varietal or region. As a group we rate the wines, an excellent objective way for you to discover which style of wine is your favorite!
